Gerrymandering is a Feature Not a Bug
The problem is that neither the GOP or the DNC are willing to use the tools that could optimize the redistricting efforts in their states for their respective interests.
Would you be surprised to learn that every single congressional district in the United States is, by definition, gerrymandered? Both political parties do it and it is a feature and not a bug. I contend that political gerrymandering isn’t as big of an issue as ‘personal’ gerrymandering is.
