DEADLY FORCE AUTHORIZED
Biden Doesn't Want Trump to Talk About the Raid his Regime Ordered Against Former President Trump.
Last week, newly unsealed court documents revealed a startling directive: President Biden's FBI, under the explicit authorization of Attorney General Merrick Garland, sanctioned the use of 'deadly force' during the unprecedented raid on President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate. While both Garland and the FBI hastily labeled the 'deadly force' language as standard protocol, this revelation, first reported by independent journalist Julie Kelly, sent shockwaves around the globe. The raid itself had already stunned the nation back in 2022, but the notion that Biden and his Attorney General could authorize such extreme measures against a former president and his family is deeply troubling. Why would the Biden administration go to such lengths, knowing the potential for violence? This question weighs heavily on the minds of many Americans, amplifying concerns about the misuse of Biden's executive power for political ends.
While the 'deadly force' language might be standard boilerplate, the FBI's need to modify the directive to account for the target being a Secret Service protectee should have highlighted the abnormality of this situation to everyone involved. Nothing about a raid against a former president is normal.
In fact, two senior FBI officials, who were slated to lead the raid, described the language as too "combative and dangerous." They recommended a less aggressive approach—simply requesting permission from President Trump to search the property, a request he had previously granted. This raises significant questions about why the Biden administration chose a path fraught with potential for conflict, rather than opting for a cooperative approach that had proven effective before.
The two senior FBI agents who opposed the raid, labeling it as "combative and dangerous," highlighted an important fact: President Trump had previously allowed the DOJ and FBI to access his presidential records stored at Mar-a-Lago, despite advice from his lawyers. These unsealed court documents reveal that Trump had shown a willingness to cooperate with authorities, making the aggressive nature of the raid even more unnecessary and suspicious.
When the FBI raided former President Trump's estate, the world was stunned. It quickly became evident that this was a politically motivated stunt. Subsequent revelations disclosed that the FBI had planted coversheets with 'classified markings' on top of folders, which they then spread across the floor to create a dramatic scene for photographs. These staged images were conveniently leaked to the media, further fueling the spectacle. When the FBI arrived at Mar-a-Lago, there were no such 'classified markings,' nor were documents scattered across the floor. This deliberate manipulation underscores the lengths to which the Biden administration and its agencies will go to discredit and undermine President Trump.
When President Trump learned of Julie Kelly's reporting about the 'deadly force' authorization, he reacted as any person would upon discovering that President Biden and his Attorney General had sanctioned a raid on him, his family, and his home with the potential for lethal force. The sheer audacity and danger of such an authorization shocked President Trump and many Americans, further solidifying the belief that this raid was a gross abuse of power aimed at intimidating and discrediting a political opponent.
Shockingly, after President Trump commented on Julie Kelly's reporting on his Truth Social account, Biden's Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a motion with Judge Cannon. Smith demanded that she gag the president to prevent him from making "statements that pose a significant, imminent, and foreseeable danger to law enforcement agents participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case." Julie Kelly's reporting on the motion highlights that "His motion, predictably, is filled with distortions, omissions, and misrepresentations." She points out several critical omissions made by Smith, including the fact that agents were instructed to bring "Standard Issue Weapon, Ammo, Handcuffs," and to have their "Badge and Credentials (concealed)." Additionally, Smith left out that agents brought "medium and large-sized bolt cutters." These deliberate omissions further demonstrate the lengths to which the Biden administration will go to manipulate the narrative and suppress his political opponent.
At the end of the day, President Biden's decision to endanger President Trump, his family, his protective detail, and his staff should shock everyone, regardless of political affiliation. There was nothing boilerplate or normal about this decision. The fact that President Biden and his Attorney General deemed the risk to life acceptable for a political stunt should alert every American to the dangers posed by this administration. This blatant abuse of power underscores the need to elect President Trump in November and stand against the dangerous overreach of the Biden administration.
